Collector Rares (CR) are the highest levels of rarity among Grand Archive cards. They can be found rarely in packs, and stand out against all other Grand Archive cards. Let's break down the different types of CRs:

Collector Super Rare (CSR): Features an overframe art treatment, and artist signature gold stamp.

Collector Ultra Rare (CUR): Similar to CSRs, it features an overframe art treatment, but has unique artist signature gold stamps, and a serialization stamp.

Collector Promo Rare (CPR): Reserved for awards from special events. Can have features of either CSR or CUR, depending on the type.
