    Event Information

The event is casual, with no tournament structure. Players are given product, build decks, and find games among other participants at the event. Entry fee is $30USD or a nearby value in local currency. Product is given to the store free of charge from Weebs of the Shore, and all event proceeds benefit the shop hosting the event.

    Upon entry, players will receive:
  • x1 Dawn of Ashes Prelude starter deck (Rai or Lorraine)
  • x2 Dawn of Ashes Prelude packs
  • x3 Dawn of Ashes 1st Edition booster packs

  • Stores will be given additional product to conduct giveaways at an hourly basis to encourage players to stay and play at the event.

    Suggested Small Decks

Most cards that players at the event will receive are primarily cards that support the Fire/Wind Warrior/Mage archetype due to the nature of the Prelude set. However, some players may want to try out new archetypes found in the main set. Because of the limited amount of cards received, we suggest that players build a deck with the following criteria:

  • 8 card material deck
  • 30 card main deck
  • Up to 3 copies of the same card in main deck

  • In addition, we also encourage event participants to trade cards with others so that each player can try the archetype they want. It could also be beneficial to draft the 3 packs that each participant gets, just so that participants get cards of their preferred archetype. These event activities are based on the discretion of the event organizers at the store.

Many cards will be seen for the first time at these events. We encourage participants to share pictures of the event and exciting cards they pulled!
