Let's revisit the fantastic weekend that happened at Ascent Chicago!

As the curtains close on Ascent Chicago, let's recap the highlights of Grand Archive TCG's Ascent, which took place at the Rosemont Convention Center in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois!
Path of Steel
With a $15,000 prize pool and over 300 players from around the world competing to be crowned the Ascent Chicago champion, players battled it out in 9 swiss rounds on day 1 to top 32 and grand finals on day 2!
Congratulations to Lifdrasyl and the rest of the top 8 competitors!
Didn't make it to day 2? Don't worry, as the fun still went on with many side events such as Constructed and FTC Sealed, where winners earned silver event packs and Ascent Store tickets! In addition, there was, I Scrubbed out of Steel with a 128-player cap, and winners received Dawn of Ashes 1st edition booster boxes, with the first place winner also receiving a Jumbo Tristan, Shadowrevear CUR!
Path of Puzzle
To bring the community together, we introduced Path of Puzzle! 8 different spoiler art pieces from Mortal Ambition have been printed onto puzzle pieces and split amongst attendees. As a community, they can solve the puzzles, which will unlock the spoiler for the full card during the closing ceremony!
Closing Ceremony
As the weekend came to a close, we ended the event with our closing ceremony, where we celebrated the top 8 players from Path of Steel and a special keynote presented by Grand Archive's Lead Game Designer detailing what's in store for the future of Grand Archive TCG!
